For you
Where are you on your AI journey?
Fourteen questions, about five minutes. Whatever you use, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Codex, Muse, Dots, Grok Bot, an agent you built, you get a level from one to five and your next three moves.
Answer “no” as often as it is true. Most people start there. Your answers stay in your browser.

Is your organisation ready for AI?
Fourteen questions, about five minutes. A score, the two areas to fix first, and a next step.

The five pillars are the four building blocks we teach, instructions, skills, connectors and routines, plus the one we learned the hard way: what it gives back. The levels borrow the shape of Daniel Miessler's Personal AI Maturity Model (chatbots, then agents, then a trusted assistant) and Microsoft's agentic adoption maturity model, cut down to five steps a person can climb in months rather than years. Question 3 is Mathieu-Philippe Bourgeois's rule: bring the problem, not the answer. Question 14 is a question one of us was asked at home after three years of building with AI. It stung, and it belongs here.
